The purpose of this application is to establish communication between you and our admissions office. Once we receive your application and your confirmation that you have read and accepted the handbook terms, an admissions counselor will contact you to discuss your training options.

• Tuition & Refunds: I understand that tuition is non-refundable after the first week of class. If I am on a payment plan, I remain responsible for the full balance even if I leave the program.
  
• Privacy: I agree to the strict prohibition of unauthorized photos or videos of students and staff.
  
• Conduct: I acknowledge the instructor's authority to take disciplinary action to maintain a safe, professional learning environment.
  
• Testing: I understand I am responsible for scheduling my own industry-recognized certification exams through third-party providers like Pearson Vue
